About Tripidi
Since 2013, Tripidi GmbH has been operating several premium retail stores at Germany’s largest airport in Frankfurt am Main, as well as two locations at Munich Airport.
In March 2026, we will proudly open our third store at Munich Airport.
Our mission is to create a unique shopping experience for travelers — offering high-quality European brands in the categories of household goods, stationery, health, and children’s products. With a focus on “Made in Europe”, we allow international travelers to take a piece of Europe home with them.
Your Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Store Coordinator / Merchandise Flow Manager to join our team at Munich Airport. In this role, you will ensure the smooth flow of goods and the optimal presentation of our products across multiple store locations within the airport.
Key Responsibilities

Goods Receipt & Logistics: Oversee the receipt, inspection, and distribution of goods to all Tripidi store locations at Munich Airport.

Inventory Management & Replenishment: Monitor stock levels, evaluate product flow, and process reorders using automated inventory management tools.

Assortment Maintenance & Product Flow: Coordinate product transfers between stores, identify end-of-life products, and support targeted sales campaigns.

Merchandising & Presentation: Ensure an attractive, brand-aligned product presentation to maximize sales potential.

Team Support & Training: Train store teams on new products and sales techniques and act as the main contact for merchandise organization and operational processes.

Sales & Customer Service: Support the sales floor when needed to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Inventory Audits: Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy.
Your Profile

Completed education in retail, logistics or a comparable field
-
Experience in store management, visual merchandising, or inventory control is an advantage

Strong organizational skills with a hands-on mentality and sense of responsibility

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Proficient in German and English (additional languages are a plus)

Airport access clearance (Background Check and Aviation Security Training) or willingness to obtain these certifications
