Since 2013, Tripidi GmbH has been operating several retail stores at Germany’s largest airport – Frankfurt am Main, as well as two stores at Munich Airport.

Our goal is to offer customers a unique shopping experience with high-quality branded products in the categories of household goods, stationery, health, and children’s items.
When selecting our brands, we focus on the theme “Made in Europe”, giving international travelers the opportunity to take a piece of Europe home with them.

We are currently looking for a Supervisor / Junior Store Manager (m/f/d) in full-time for our stores at Frankfurt Airport.

Your Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our Frankfurt Airport stores and ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
• Team Motivation & Training: Lead, inspire, and motivate your team to deliver top performance. Conduct regular training sessions to foster continuous development.
• Sales, Inventory & Planning: Keep an eye on the key figures and be responsible for sales performance, inventory accuracy, and staff scheduling.
• Business Management: Manage the store according to commercial objectives and apply your business acumen to drive success.
• Communication & Coordination: Serve as the main contact for the sales team and the Head of Sales, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure high-quality and appealing product presentation in close cooperation with our purchasing team.
• Sales Training: Conduct engaging sales trainings to maintain a consistently high level of performance within your team.
• Continuous Improvement: Measure training outcomes and continuously optimize content to ensure ongoing learning and development.

Your Profile:

• You are a strong sales personality, flexible, and highly motivated.
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and engage others.
• You work independently, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• You are fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• You are confident using MS Office tools.
• You are a team player who values collaboration, has strong interpersonal skills, and can connect with people of all backgrounds and experience levels.
• You bring pragmatism, a hands-on mentality, and genuine enthusiasm for active training and development work.
