Tripidi GmbH has been operating several stores at Germany’s largest airport, Frankfurt am Main, and two stores at Munich Airport since 2013.
The aim is to offer customers a special shopping experience – with high-quality branded products from the areas of household goods, stationery, health and everything to do with children. The focus when selecting brands is on “Made in Europe”. This means that international travelers in particular can take a piece of Europe home with them.
For our stores at Frankfurt Airport, we are now looking for a full-time supervisor / junior manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the stores at Frankfurt Airport: You take responsibility and ensure that day-to-day business runs smoothly.
• Motivating the team and conducting employee training: The team is important to you and you motivate them to achieve top performance. You also conduct regular training courses.
• Responsible for sales, inventory results and personnel deployment planning: You always have an eye on the figures and are responsible for sales, inventory results and personnel deployment planning.
• Managing the store according to business objectives: With your business know-how, you manage the store in a targeted and successful manner.
• Communication and coordination: You are the first point of contact for the sales team and the Head of Sales.
• Ensuring high quality in the presentation of goods, in connection with the purchasing department: You ensure that our products are presented in an appealing and sales-promoting manner.
• Sales training: You conduct sales training to keep the team at a high level of performance.
• Get better every day: You ensure that learning success is measured and the training content is continuously improved so that we can constantly develop further.

Your profile:

• You are a strong sales personality, are flexible and have a high level of commitment.
• You are a strong communicator and can inspire others.
• You work independently and have great organizational talent. You speak fluent German, English and ideally another foreign language.
• You are confident in using MS Office.
• You are a team player with the will to work together, strong communication skills, enthusiasm and persuasiveness towards employees and partners of all qualifications and ages.
• Pragmatism, hands-on mentality and enjoyment of active, intensive training work characterize you.
